Hi! I’m Jaclyn, the gal behind InsitePeek. I’ve spent my career inside staffing, hiring conversations, and the parts of the process most people never get to see.
Along the way, I’ve built relationships with QA and engineering leaders, recruiters, candidates, and people working across AI and automation. I created this network to make it easier to bring the right people together when there’s a reason for them to talk.

No. There’s no cost to submit a request or be considered for an introduction.
No. The network is open to people based in the United States. A lot of my strongest connections are in Charlotte, but the network reaches well beyond the area.
Not necessarily. I look at every request myself. Filling out the form doesn’t guarantee an introduction, but it gives me enough context to see where there might be a fit. I’ll only make an introduction when I think there’s a real reason for the two of you to talk.
Not without asking you first. If I see a possible fit, I’ll reach out before I share your information or make the introduction.
