Inside QA Hiring, Without the Guesswork

Jaclyn Leigh

Real-world insight into QA hiring signals, engineering talent trends, and market movement in Charlotte – focused on how engineering leaders and quality assurance teams make better decisions in a hiring landscape shaped by automation and AI.

I’ve spent years inside staffing, inside hiring conversations, and inside the gray areas most people never get explained. InsitePeek is where I share what I’m seeing: how interview processes break down, what strong candidates miss, what hiring teams misread, and where the QA market is actually moving.

A Career Spent on the Inside

Time To Share What I Know

I’ve been fascinated by staffing from an early age, which probably sounds a little unusual, but it just clicked for me.

I’ve built my career around how teams are formed, how hiring decisions get made, and what drives successful placements. More recently, I’ve been working with an AI enablement firm, Ovidius AI, which has given me an even closer look at how AI is changing the QA world.

One thing I’ve seen over and over is how confusing the hiring process can be for candidates. There’s so much noise, so many mixed messages, and not a lot of clarity. Helping people make sense of that and show up stronger in interviews is the part I really care about.
