I’ve built my career around how teams are formed, how hiring decisions get made, and what drives successful placements. More recently, I’ve been working with an AI enablement firm, Ovidius AI, which has given me an even closer look at how AI is changing the QA world.
One thing I’ve seen over and over is how confusing the hiring process can be for candidates. There’s so much noise, so many mixed messages, and not a lot of clarity. Helping people make sense of that and show up stronger in interviews is the part I really care about.
